"I hired Arborex Tree Services LLC to prune three large Southern Red Oaks in my front, side and back yards in Medfield Estates, and at a very reasonable price. They are licensed and insured, and came to do the job within just a couple days of my approving the estimate. Using a combination of a far-reaching bucket truck where applicable, and rope-climbing in the more sensitive areas (they did not use spikes on their boots that might have injured the trees) they removed large dead branches threatening to fall on their own, and live branches overhanging the house. In all cases when there was danger of damage below, they lowered the limbs with ropes rather than dropping them. The crew of four were efficient, skilled, safety-conscious, friendly, and courteous. Their coordinated efforts made the work go smoothly and quickly, and it was pure pleasure to watch them work. The limbs were cut, removed, ground up & hauled away, and the area raked clean such that there was little or no evidence they had been there. I will hire them again when the time comes to prune (or remove) more trees."

They reviewed what I wanted before they began, worked incredibly fast, and cleaned up perfectly. They got much better results than what I originally thought possible. I had a hard time finding a company that would grind these large roots; A+ took it on and got rid of all of them. They did a fantastic job raising the canopy of a pear tree and re-shaping a myrtle that had gotten very tall and unruly. "I have to be honest, I have been selfishly putting off leaving this review because I didn't want everyone knowing what a gem Edwin from PK Plumbing is. Edwin has come to our rescue WAY too often in the past year or so. Most recently, we had a massive leak in our crawl space which had apparently been going on for a long time before the pipe totally split. Edwin squeezed us in to come out and get the leak sorted out. Unfortunately, it took a couple of days because as he fixed one area, another would spring a leak. (Darned aging Polybutylene piping!) Edwin is extremely professional and definitely knows what he is doing. He is honest and friendly and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg like some companies would. We are fortunate to have found him and hope that he stays in business for a long time to come. I am pretty sure we will have to utilize him on a regular basis as the piping slowly fails in our house. (Unless we win the lottery to get all the pipes replaced in one fell swoop! We can hope! :D)"

"More Like Eastern 1/3 of your lawn Maintenance! I watched my service provider on Ring cameras perform service on 3,600 square feet and ignore the front and side lawns, 6,200 square feet. But my bill reflected 10,000 square feet of service. When I called to question this, they didn't seem to care and I canceled my account. Then I got a p*****-off call from the guy who serviced my lawn (which I did not request), trying to justify the lack of work done on my property. I am still waiting on a call from the 'office manager' about making this right, but I doubt that will come. Attached is an image from the untreated portion of the property, that was nice green grass a year ago (and 1,500 bucks ago) and now it's not doing so well, I wonder what it would have looked like had it been properly serviced!!!"

"In April, I pre-paid for a full year of service to take advantage of discount pricing. When I signed up and paid, I was told a technician would be out within a week to begin services. The plan included six lawn treatments, and according to the company’s website, these treatments are supposed to occur every 6–7 weeks. That did not happen. The first treatment did not occur until May 20, nearly a month later. After that, more than 8 weeks passed without service. I called to follow up and received a text message from technician Brandon stating that he would be out the next day. No one came. After multiple follow-ups, he finally showed up on July 17. Since then, more than 11 weeks have passed (today is October 1) with no further service. My repeated calls, voicemails, and attempts to contact the company through its customer portal have gone unanswered. Fairway Green Lawn Care has failed to provide services within the timeframes it promises both on its website and in its communications with me. Proper lawn care requires consistent and timely treatments, which I did not receive. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable lawn care service."
