More Like Eastern 1/3 of your lawn Maintenance! I watched my service provider on Ring cameras perform service on 3,600 square feet and ignore the front and side lawns, 6,200 square feet. But my bill reflected 10,000 square feet of service. When I called to question this, they didn't seem to care and I canceled my account. Then I got a p*****-off call from the guy who serviced my lawn (which I did not request), trying to justify the lack of work done on my property. I am still waiting on a call from the 'office manager' about making this right, but I doubt that will come. Attached is an image from the untreated portion of the property, that was nice green grass a year ago (and 1,500 bucks ago) and now it's not doing so well, I wonder what it would have looked like had it been properly serviced!!!

TLDR: If you are a homeowner in Raleigh, look elsewhere for a lawn care company. Awful service, awful communication. I chose Eastern Turf in 2021, in the beginning they did a good job of caring for my zoysia in front and fescue in back. The service associate would knock and let me know they are there and also give me information on what they were doing. Starting in 2022 the service went downhill. They would come out, never knock on the door (I work from home so always here) and would only treat the front part of my lawn (ignoring the side and back yard). Weeds have become greater than before I started to use them. About a month ago a new route manager informed me that the previous service provider missed alot. Nothing got better with the new route manager. Even after multiple calls and emails i did not receive any service calls even though the "Happier" plan included them.

They are great they took my yard that are really mess to a beautiful garden I recommend them to my neighbors too.

We have always been very pleased with their service. Each year we sign up for their Estate Program - Warm Season maintenance for our zoysia grass. I highly recommend signing up for one of their programs as they truly know what they are doing. Our Specialist, Robert, is excellent. We appreciate his punctuality (always calls in advance), knowledgeable and personable. Thanks Robert, we appreciate the wonderful job you do, as our lawn looks great. We are very satisfied customers!

good. came back to re seed but overall good performance

They are the guys that do my spray with chemicals. I have had them for 3 years. I pay yearly, it includes 8 visits of fertilization, weed control, the whole thing. I think I could have gotten a little cheaper but they all seemed about the same price.

Very well so far. I have signed an annual contract and they have provided two treatments and aeration so far. I will hold off further evaluation until spring 2018 which allows a year for results.

They've gotten rid of a lot of the weeds.  

They price is average, along with others. I give them all A's. 

I like how attentive they are, they always keep our gates closed. Always call ahead before they come.

After about 2 years, my lawn is now worse then it was with prior company. Almost 1/4 of my lawn is covered in it. Called them 3-4 times over summer to do something about it...and while they did come out, there treatments did nothing and it progressively got worse. I am going to try yet another company...hope they are better at...as I do not want to do it.....but may end up having to.

Mike is the best. He always calls before he comes to let me know as I have dogs. He is very professional.

They were hit and miss in some places. We will use them again because we don't have anybody else.

We wanted a lawn service that would be able to apply weed killer and fertilizer to our lawn. ETM has done a great job for us. They have been very flexible in working around our schedule. We have organic blueberry bushes in our yard. ETM treated the lawn before blueberry season started, and, at our request, waited until after blueberry season was over to apply the next treatment. I also asked ETM to identify the chemicals being used on our lawn so that I would know the chemicals are safe. ETM calls me before each treatment to tell me exactly what will be used on the lawn. This is great customer service. ETM is also using an organic fertilizer on our lawn, which I appreciate. Our lawn has not looked this good in years.

We used them for lawn fertilizing and weeding for about two years. They were good at first, but steadily went downhill. Last year we started having weed problems and grass wasn't growing as well. They blame it on the weather, and we understand this could a factor and decided to give them another try this year. This year, we continued to have weed problems. We expressed our problem again and they again blamed it on the weather and say that type of weed isn't covered by their lawn care. You can only blame the weather for so long and you will be hard pressed to find what weed they do and don't cover on their website. I don't recommend their service and have since canceled it.
