He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about the outcome. You do not always find that level of personal attention these days. The quality of the work speaks for itself. My lawn has never looked better. They showed up when they said they would, did the job thoroughly, and did not cut corners. John answered every question I had and made helpful suggestions that really made a difference.
