We now service and install all fireplaces, wood stoves, and chimneys. We take all major credit cards, checks, or cash as payment due upon service completion. "Terrible service. The technician replaced the fireplace blower fan, but it stopped working shortly after the repair. When we complained, the woman who answers the phone was rude and not helpful whatsoever. The technician then took the blower for two weeks to fix it again. Apparently he did not tighten all of the hardware so a few screws were loose. Two weeks for a loose screw. Absolutely terrible quality of work and customer service."
