"In March 2021, I had Bay install encapsulation, a drainage system, and support/lifting jacks in my crawlspace. Every associate I dealt with was very friendly and professional, from the administration Sarah, the advisor Mike Rowland, to the whole team of installers. The quality of their work was impressive and I doubt it can be matched. They showed me pictures of the completed project and they exceeded my expectations. Fast forward to today, I had Bay return to provide my one free jack adjustment to accommodate my flooring installers who recommended I level the floor more. Bay's team of Troy and Nate called before their arrival and were punctual. I knew the type of service I was going to receive and was not disappointed. The service truly feels like you're having your friend come do work for you. Troy made a recommendation for an additional jack that I was happy to accept because of the level of trust I have for the Bay associates. I was happy to be Troy's 1st sell! I look forward to working with Bay again here soon for the installation of the new jack and any future crawlspace needs. Virginia Foundation Solutions solved the problem very effectively, professionally, and with competitive pricing. After a year, the annual maintenance proved the system installed was correct and remains effective. "The estimate visit was thorough and estimator explained the process to level two sections of our composite driveway. Post-contract signing, repairman came out about a week later, leveled the driveway and repaired the joints between the sections. After about 8 months, the repair is holding great and survived a very wet winter. We are very pleased with the repair and service from JES and consider the repair to be a great and effective value."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Hargrove's did a good job of removing and replacing the roofing on my home. They arrived at the scheduled time and were completed in 2 days. They were not as organized at the start as I would have liked, ie not enough tarps to protect Heating and Air units and to control trash, but were efficient and steady so the work went well.  Overall, I was satisfied with the job and would use Hargrove's again for any home improvements. The crew was pleasant to deal with and worked hard to make the job go smooth.

"I paid for the recovery of the Freon, everything else was covered under the warranty. I know what it would have cost if it wasn't covered. I would tell anybody if you have an house, you need to have them. They have been very good to deal with. They were very polite, and very professional. It took about three hours to complete. It was completely cleaned."

We called them and asked them to build a custom deck.  He came out and started our deck immediately and added benches and different levels.  He took our design and added to it and made our dream deck better that we could have imagined.

The price was better than we thought it would be.

"In September of this year my wife and I bought a home near Cedar Mountain. We had
a few things that we wanted to get done to the house before we moved in. From
Florida we researched contractors as well as through friends in our new
community. I was not prepared for the casual attitude of many of the workmen I
spoke with. Out of all of them, there was only one who showed up and did the
work as promised, Mr. Wade Morris. Despite having to drive and extraordinarily
long way to our home, Wade arrived every morning at 8:30 until the job was
done. I had to return to Florida but I left Wade a key to finish up. When I got
back to NC I was pleased to find the house clean and the work done to a high
standard of professionalism. Little extras, like painting the bedroom
baseboards (which was not part of our agreement) made me appreciate Wade and
Gaye all the more.
