Virginia Foundation Solutions solved the problem very effectively, professionally, and with competitive pricing. After a year, the annual maintenance proved the system installed was correct and remains effective. "Would be 5 stars based on the crew, but we had problems with the lead up to the job, which started 3 weeks late based on the salesman not understanding the scope of work and promising something that wasn't possible. The Friday before work was supposed to start, Gustavo (the supervisor) came to look at the job and let me know it would not be able to be accomplished the way we wanted. He worked with the Engineer (Scott) to figure out a way-ahead. Once the plumbers moved some interferences, the crew started. Eduardo (foreman) and his team (Jorge and Hector) did an expert job. They communicated each step of the way, were respectful of the inside of the house, took no shortcuts, and cleaned exceedingly well at the end of each day. These guys were top-notch! The best of the best! We were able to accomplish the first three of our goals: 1. Stabilize the house 2. Gain room in the basement. 3. Get lift to make the house [more] level. 4. Recover the existing beam for use over our fireplace."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Estimated cost for bathroom was $575; final cost was $700 due to additional problems encountered with floor supports. Returned later to fix a buckle in the vinyl near the door. The bathroom floor looks good. Mr. Hargrove had some problems getting into the house because my renter was not always there and I live 150 miles away.

"I paid for the recovery of the Freon, everything else was covered under the warranty. I know what it would have cost if it wasn't covered. I would tell anybody if you have an house, you need to have them. They have been very good to deal with. They were very polite, and very professional. It took about three hours to complete. It was completely cleaned."

"In September of this year my wife and I bought a home near Cedar Mountain. We had
a few things that we wanted to get done to the house before we moved in. From
Florida we researched contractors as well as through friends in our new
community. I was not prepared for the casual attitude of many of the workmen I
spoke with. Out of all of them, there was only one who showed up and did the
work as promised, Mr. Wade Morris. Despite having to drive and extraordinarily
long way to our home, Wade arrived every morning at 8:30 until the job was
done. I had to return to Florida but I left Wade a key to finish up. When I got
back to NC I was pleased to find the house clean and the work done to a high
standard of professionalism. Little extras, like painting the bedroom
baseboards (which was not part of our agreement) made me appreciate Wade and
Gaye all the more.

Very well.  I feel so comfortable about the stability of my home.  Jim, the owner of the company, was always looking for the best and most reasonable way to solve a problem.  His crew was hard working and came to work when they said they would (except for the rainy periods of course).  The house was empty so they stayed at my home (so they could be close to the job) and kept very good care of it.

 It was an expensive repair but I believe I could not have found a better crew for the same price. Since I was out of state much of the time, they kept me informed at every step, which is helpful when you can not be there.
I definitely would recommend them for waterproofing but I was most impressed with their ability to do the structural reinforcement."
