"I have used Perez Landscaping in the past (Spring 2014) for a re-seed of the front yard. They did an excellent job so I kept the Business Card. I called to arrange an estimate for a big challenge.  I had back surgery 6 months ago, but found that I could not do the yard work anymore.  So they came out to the house on Monday evening and we walked the lot and discussed plans.  Mow and edge front and back yards. Trim all shrubs in front and back yards.  I had not trimmed any shrubs since I moved here in 2012 so there was a LOT of overgrowth in the planting beds.  They got all the weeds out (some as large as the plant beside it), put down the fresh pine needles, and planted some new roses that I wanted put in an existing bed - thus removing the old plants there. They cut down and hauled away a cedar tree that had been storm damaged, and they also trimmed up a maple tree.  They were great in getting everything done as I had asked them to!  They did beautiful work!"

"Tony is amazing! I called to leave him a voicemail on a Sunday and to my surprise he answered the phone and said he was finishing up with another customer and would be at my house in 1/2 an hour.  And he was!  
I had a huge potted plant sitting in a saucer in the corner of my dining room and I noticed around the perimeter that the water had seeped into my antique Persian rug & there was quite a lot of black mold/mildew. Tony removed the stain entirely! I was so pleased, I had him clean all the tile in my entire home.  And again, I was thrilled with the results.  Just scheduled Tony to come back in a week to power wash my house after all the pollen that has fallen this spring.

"The entire project was done in only two days. I first contacted Ryan late in the week, and he was able to come and start the project the following Tuesday. He had originally planned on starting on Monday, but due to weather he pushed it back one day. However, he was very good at communicating the delay. The guy who does the gutters and roof cleaning came and was so quiet, I barely saw him until right as he was about to leave. The two main crew members I worked with, Jeremy and Hector, were fantastic. They answered every question and gave some great advice on future care of our new plants.
The only problem that occurred during the project was that one of our screen windows was accidentally hit while trimming the bushes. It was immediately brought to my attention. Ryan himself fixed the screen and showed me how he did it so I could potentially replace other worn screens we have.
The attention to detail was great, and they cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely hire them again in the future. I was also very impressed that they gave my mom the senior discount without even asking about it. Overall, they seem like they really care about their clients and enjoy their job."

"We were happy with the quality of work done regarding the application of the Mad Dog primer which I think will make the job last longer.  The painting which consisted of brushing around the edges and spraying the rest (we thought this would be all applied by brush as per the estimate) .

We were not happy with the cleanup of the paint that was scraped. Our garden is directly below one set of eves that was scraped (possibly with leaded paint) without ANY precaution taken regarding lead abatement.  NO test for led paint was administered which actually may be illegal.  We also have now found paint chips to look at out of our bathroom window
 until I crawl out and try to cleanup the watershed area we use for the rain barrel.

I called the crew " Chief" Eugine and explained the issue with the garden, he tried to clean up the area but, I am not sure I can plant there again without taking out soil.

The walkaround went well,I thought the crew would put the furniture around the house to it's origional position, they did not.
We also found no less than 5 screws in our driveway that may have come from the 'crew'.

Albert also instructed me to call him to come and powerwash the house and "touch up" after pollen season (Warrantee item)
I am not sure that I should have to remind anyone to follow through one's warrantee.
