"What a great experience! The owner was on site during the complete project. He keep us informed on every aspect of the project even during the 3 day rain delay. They were paid attention to every little edge and detail in our parking lot. During the bid meeting, their sale lady listened to what we wanted. Then she pointed out less expensive ways to improve it, which other asphalt people did not. They also took time to educate us on sealcoat materials and paint for striping. And the importance to adding material to the sealcoat and laying the strip paint heavy. Their price wasn't high but it wasn't cheap either. After doing research on the information they shared, we know the quality and value was right on with the price. Thank you for the great job on our parking lot."

They also went above and beyond with drainage by pivoting mid-project to incorporate leaving our vents in place (originally we were going to cover them) and building extra drainage underneath the patio. As a first time homeowner I felt like he had my best interests at heart, and I feel very confident that this was a great long term investment. In addition to the patio, they installed drainage, removed several layers of old concrete, built in uplighting and stair lighting, removed and rebuilt a section of our fence, and reseeded our lawn"
