The original deck had composite deck boards, which were mostly salvageable. But the first contractor used â treated lumberâ that was questionable to build the foundation, which rotted completely. He also failed to space the deck boards which caused a massive drainage issue and had also failed to install flashing. The results were a collapsing deck, a sagging door, and a sinking floor. Joe was able to remediate every issue and even went a step further to remediate all of the other issues the faulty installation caused in the first place! Joe was reliable, easy to communicate with, and a great guy with a head full of knowledge. Iâ d highly recommend his service to anyone. I only wish Iâ d found Backyard Solutions sooner."
