I got four estimates for this project and the Triangle Classic estimate was very competitive. Based on my earlier experience with them, I choose Triangle Classic over the others, even though they were a little higher than a couple of the bids. I trusted that I would get a high quality job done in a timely fashion. Having that confidence during a major project is worth a few thousand dollars. Ralph did not disappoint. He is very actively involved in his contracts and ensures his sub-contractors are doing quality work. The project was completed on time and only about 2% over budget. The over budget items were items that were outside the original contract or beyond the contractor's control. During the project, we made the decision to replace our concrete driveway. Ralph was kind enough to provide his sub to do the work at no profit to his business and he passed along his discount on the concrete.
