I have been involved in construction for over 20 years. I worked for a remodeling contractor in California in 1999 and a laborer/estimator for a design-build firm in Baton Rouge where I received my Bachelor of Science, Construction Management at LSU in 2003. I worked for a trucking company where I was the estimator and project manager for civil and marine projects. In 2005, I received my general contractors license while living on the coast in Mississippi. This where I formed a remodeling company, New Coast Construction Co. My family and I moved to North Carolina in 2006 where I have since worked for grading and paving companies undertaking estimating and project management. In April of 2020, I lost my job due to COVID-19 and the day I got laid off, a lady in my neighborhood was looking for someone to build her a fence. I volunteered to do it and it eventually snowballed into me building more fences. It soon evolved into me doing even more like taking trees down, pruning them, yard work, building custom gates, fixing gutters, debris removal, etc. Fast forward to 2023 and I have decided to turn it into a real business.
