Carolina pack and go did amazing helping my husband and I! They were extremely responsive and respectful of our time and things! I couldnâ t recommend them enough! If you are searching, do yourself a favor and pick them!!!

I was so scared to hire a moving company. But another customer referred this company to me, I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE PLEASED. JUSTIN, AND HIS GUYS. ARE SO POLITE, THE PRICE WAS GREAT. Very quick! Came early and got everything done fast!

Iâ ve used them twice. The first move was only 4 hours and led by JT. He was a Tetris Master and he and his partner worked to unload into the late hours of the night. I was super impressed. My second move was from SC to NM, 23 hours. This was led by John, he was amazing as well! Again, he worked through the middle of night with some challenges (I had more stuff than I thought!) and he and his partner got everything to New Mexico with zero damage and he even helped us switch out our dryer wire connection. A really great, hardworking guy. Justin is the owner and communicates quickly throughout the process.

Disorganized not dependent did a very poor job very unprofessional damaged a lot of items plus my wooden floor. I used a lot of mover?s in my live but never had one that bad .

Walt, Brandon, John and Ryan were professional, hard working, extremely nice and caring about our household move. Justin, the owner, quoted me a very competitive price and the actual bill was less than the estimate. I would not even consider using any other moving company going forward. Carolina pack and go are the standard for the moving industry.

They did great service with no issues in our moving process.

The movers were friendly, polite and did what they needed to for our move. I have only one comment. They said they would arrive at a certain time and they were an hour and a half late because they had to put fuel in their truck. They should have figured that in and had it done to be on time!

Arrived on time, many contact touch points, did the job as requested quickly and efficiently.

This is a small two man business that I highly recommend. They unloaded my POD and assembled some furniture I had disassembled to move (normally they only assemble things they have disassembled ). This extra effort was really appreciated. They worked hard and steady and did a great job and were careful not to damage anything. Not a complaint, but an observation, they could work on their communication skills. We were communicating back and forth via email and I was not certain we had a firm service date until the day before. This is partly my fault for not knowing a firm time for the POD to arrive.

Highly recommend this company! We had a five hour move to a home with 28 stairs out front. The owner and packers were all fantastic. Very organized move from beginning to end. Movers kept in good spirits throughout the entire move, worked very quickly, and were extremely professional and polite. Every item was delivered unharmed!

The leadership and our particular moving team Justin, Zach, Walt, John, and Kevin were very professional and attentive to our needs while handling our household items with the utmost care. They took care of hiccups along the way and insured we were satisfied and taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again if needed in the future!
