It didn?t. It rained for two months. Then Anthony said he needed surgery, and that he was getting out of the concrete business, but he would take care of me first. He never called me after that, and when I called about his surgery recovery progress, he still insisted he was going to finish my job. It was nine months after the contract date that I gave up on him. When I contacted him about refunding the extra funds, he said he would settle up with me.
