"The owner of this company, Hunter Sinclair, came to evaluate the problem we were having with our 23 year old gas fireplace. He was very neat by covering the area around the fireplace, worked efficiently to determine the problem and after careful work determined that a part needed to be replaced. Mr. Sinclair was as thorough as he could be considering it was an old gas fireplace! He let me know a week later that he was contacting all the distributors who may know the part number and after thoroughly working on trying to find the part, eventually found that the company, after contacting the company we purchased the fireplace from and made our fireplace had gone out of business 12 years earlier and no part could be found. Mr. Sinclair contacted me throughout his search keeping me apprised of his progress along the way. I was extremely impressed by Mr. Sinclair’s dedication to finding a solution to the problem and his consistent follow up on his progress. I highly recommend this company!"

The wife was unbelievable in scheduling me and keeping the time correct and calling and letting me know what was going on at all times so that I wouldn’t have to worry if they were gonna show up or not Robert her husband brought the lights, and I had taken pictures of what I wanted done and sent them in which helped when he was done. It was so cold, but he lit them up and it was like a winter wonderland. They’re so beautiful. "Daniel the owner came out and gave us the estimate. Very knowledgeable, it was the highest bid but we thought with his experience it would be done right. He started and finished on time. He said he would be here everyday overseeing his crew, which was not the case. He always was in a hurry and said he was working on a big job he was trying to finish up. That?s not my problem. One day only one person showed up & there was a language barrier. The 1st day they came to tape etc. before the painting portion. I had written down what i wanted rehung and what holes needed to be covered, as we walked around for me to show him he said that was not necessary his crew would mark everything. Well that did not happen and many mistakes were made. The assembly of cabinets mirrors lights and fan went well. A quick walkthrough was done at end. I paid in cash and asked for a receipt but have not received, have realized since some areas weren?t painted and they broke my blinds. He has not responded."
