"Professional, on-time, clean, friendly! Great work overall."

"These guys were FANTASTIC. Our 580 square foot deck has insane angles, two staircases, dry decking for an outdoor living space underneath the deck, and complicated joists and posts. They did an incredible job paying attention to detail and symmetry. Our deck was 50 years old and these guys had to tear it down and rebuild it with new materials. We found some issues with the top plates and instead of just bandaging it and moving on like most companies would do, they fixed it and made it better than it was before. We have a large outdoor living area underneath the deck so we chose Duxxbak dry decking. If youâ re not familiarâ ¦this is literally the hardest material to work with on an angled deck and they figured out every little tricky detail. They even created pieces that donâ t exist to make it work. I was especially impressed with Johnâ s mind :) The only negative to this material was that there was a lot of waste. This made the cost more expensive than any of us were anticipating. With that being said, Jesse worked with us in every way possible and couldnâ t have been any more genuine and honest throughout the process. Not only does it look beautiful, but it is structurally sound and will last forever. I truly do believe that you get what you pay for. Their labor may be a little more expensive than other quotes you may get, but I can promise you theyâ re worth every penny. Theyâ re detail oriented, clean, professional, and extremely good at what they do. They even worked in the rain some days and always left it clean when they left for the day. As a real estate agent, I see a lot of terrible decks and I can tell you that I will be recommending these guys to ALL of my clients in need of repair or new builds. 10/10 recommend Summerlin Exterior Solutions!"

"Josh was impressive from the very beginning. I needed to repair deck boards from several decks that had failed or discolored due to sun exposure or other issues. It was a bit complicated because the failed boards were along the deck perimeter and required the dismantling of deck railing and other parts. Josh found the sole manufacturer of the boards (in Canada) and located distributers in the US and sorted out the delivery logistics...not a fun task. He called me and we discussed various options and came to an agreement on the cost and timing which I thought was very reasonable. Josh didn't require money up front and I knew he was a man of his word, and he clearly knew how to handle and manage the work. Josh and his team arrived on the agreed date and completed the work in two days. They did an impressive job and made some changes that were improvements over the original installation. They also uncovered a few minor construction issues which they repaired. Josh is top of my call list!"

"Tony was very honest about the price, the time it would take, and the fact that they would clean it all up. Everything went really well. They took down 4 huge maples, some stuck in the electric lines with no problem."

"Needed fencing installed to keep groundhogs from taking up residence under our deck. Brady came up with a creative and complete solution that made sure the varmints were out and would not return. Would use again."

"I would absolutely use them again"

"Thank you guys for your work, you worked very carefully and repaired my closet for free. ?"

"Heath Brothers have completed two jobs for us now and Iâ m happy with both. They took the time to complete the jobs properly and followed what we wanted, Love my new deck! Plan to hire them again!"

Hello. I’m 50 years old. I’ve been doing handyman work since I was a young man. Spent most of my life in Maine where I did everything from jacking and leveling camps, interior and exterior remodeling, roof repairs, etc. all while working full time as a structural and miscellaneous steel fabricator, welder and installations. I spent the last 15 years in S. Fl. where I was lead installation manager where we designed, installed and serviced Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems. Also doing residential and commercial building remodeling in my spare time. I have an eye for detail and very good at problem solving. I appreciate every opportunity I get to help people’s needs or dreams come to reality.\nI don’t make excuses. I make it work.
