"I hired Benn to put in some terracing along the back of our cabin where there is a steep slope and we had been dealing with erosion. He spent two days on the project and now we have a great 4-foot wide gravel walkway that has also taken care of our erosion issues. All communication was done in a timely way and they worked to keep the scheduled dates (even with some weather issues leading up to them) because it is a rental property and we had blocked off those days well in advance. Very happy overall!"

So if you are being charged a "ridiculous" interest rate. Speak to Home Genius sales rep.. That's the only way that you are going to get a fare interest rate. The sales rep is NOT going to volunteer this information. Do your homework, and get more than one or two estimates.The crew did a good job on the roof. They took extra pains to protect the fascia board with flashing when necessary and to get the right grade on the gutters. The y even painted every place that they had had to install fittings. I was given a month before payment was due. but we have had rainstorm after rainstorm and I do not see a leak anywhere. It sounds like a river passing overhead, but not one drop falls off the roof. They were also very respectful and polite and even cleaned up everything so you couldn't see where they had been. Furthermore, I thought the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this business!"
