"We had tried ourselves to remove the glass in our gas fireplace, but were unable to do so.  We called Warren, and he arrived, assuming this would be a simple, straightforward job.  It wasn't.  Apparently when the fireplace was installed, the entire oak and marble mantelpiece had been installed over the fireplace, sealing it in!  Warren was game to try to remove the mantelpiece, so we did so - it took quite a bit as we had no idea how it was attached, and what would break, chip or rip from the wall.  But ultimately, we were able to remove it  and Warren was then able to access the fireplace, cleaning all elements beautifully while we held up the 200lb mantel!   Pausing, of course to take pictures, as no one would believe what we had to do!  Warren certainly didnt expect removing pieces of our house and was actually aplogetic that he hadn't brought a helper with him.  Warren is a terrifically sweet and thoughtful man--on top of all the extra labor, he only charged us the normal cost of cleaning.  We would call Warren again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him!

"Josh was impressive from the very beginning. I needed to repair deck boards from several decks that had failed or discolored due to sun exposure or other issues. It was a bit complicated because the failed boards were along the deck perimeter and required the dismantling of deck railing and other parts. Josh found the sole manufacturer of the boards (in Canada) and located distributers in the US and sorted out the delivery logistics...not a fun task. He called me and we discussed various options and came to an agreement on the cost and timing which I thought was very reasonable.
