"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. I will definately be hiring this company in the future."

"Mr. Hooks came to our home to evaluate our work request of installing a sliding glass shower door to a step-in shower stall. He was kind and courteous. He took measurements and noted that our shower compartment was not square (or plumb) and indicated that he would have to custom order our door kit. Following his visit, he provided a comprehensive estimate. We approved the estimate. The price was reasonable, understanding the quality of the materials and time and labor it would take to install. The job was completed, and we are very happy with the quality of the job he and his crew accomplished."
