Went great.  Corky came by after I called and gave me a quote on the project - replacing a small kitchen floor from wood to tile.  He went over all the details of how long it would take/thinset and grout drying times etc. The work started at the scheduled time and they found that the spot was still wet once they took up the old floor, so had a small delay, to let the spot dry.  I totally agreed with so no mold would form from tiling over a wet patch.  Once the tile was laid, the cabinet above the fridge had to be cut back and they did it all in a timely and professional manner.
