Was having a problem with a recently purchased vehicle. Ken immediately took it in and spent a good half an hour checking it out and advised me to have it towed to the dealer as it was unsafe to drive. He would not take any payment. Wonderful and honest auto repair... hard to find around here ...always the best at Nags Head Pugh's.

From the quote until the time I picked my car up the staff was extremely helpful. I stopped in to receive a quote for new tires and an alignment for my car. They quoted me the price and, unfortunately, the tires I chose were not in stock. However, they had them there the following morning and I picked up my car that same afternoon. The people were very friendly and had great advice and a great selection. I now take my car there for all of it's maintenance.

They were very through in explaining why we did not really need an alignment. They had to order the tires so we had to wait one day to get the car back but that is to be expected when your in the Outer Banks. The reason I marked the cost as fair is because there is no completion in the Outer Banks or large chains like Costco, BJ's etc.

Called them and they were able to get me in and did their job great. Nice people.

I thought the customer service was great. The pricing was fair they were able to get us in when we needed it.

I have used them a number of times before. They are always very good and courteous. I have never had a bad experience with them. I recommend them to everyone.
