"It went very well. My refrigerator had stopped working and I emailed GH on a Sunday. Received a phone call on Monday and they apologized for not being able to come out right away and came out on the Tuesday morning. Brandon, the technician, was familiar with the brand, troubleshot professionally. Replaced a part attached to the compressor and rectified a mistake that I had made in trying to do the job myself, I had installed incompatible parts. He had what was needed in the truck. Things were up and running in just a little over and hour. About two hours after tech left, I called GH to say the fridge was still not down to temperature. It was suggested I give it more time and call if it didn't cool properly. They were right! I learned to let the pros do it. Good outfit."
