"They were great. They did the job in a day and a half. Crawl space and insulation looks great. They came out the same day when I requested and estimate and when I called to schedule they were able to start the job in 5 days. "I can?t say enough good things about Rozier Pest Control and the incredible service they?ve provided for my home here in South Hill, Virginia. About a decade ago, I was in an emergency situation and they came to the rescue with an encapsulation job that truly saved my house from potential water damage. Very well.  I feel so comfortable about the stability of my home.  Jim, the owner of the company, was always looking for the best and most reasonable way to solve a problem.  His crew was hard working and came to work when they said they would (except for the rainy periods of course).  The house was empty so they stayed at my home (so they could be close to the job) and kept very good care of it.

 It was an expensive repair but I believe I could not have found a better crew for the same price. Since I was out of state much of the time, they kept me informed at every step, which is helpful when you can not be there.
I definitely would recommend them for waterproofing but I was most impressed with their ability to do the structural reinforcement."

"House was for sale, inspector found mold...   lots of it... in the attic.
Contacted Pro-Clean, they came right out,  inspected everything and outlined the "plan of attack".
They took are of everything... I didn't even need to be there.   Everything looks great, and no messes to clean up after!
Price was more than I wanted to spend,  but fair considering the amount of remediation that needed to be done.
