When I started the chat, the technician I worked with was immediately able to help me identify the malfunctioning part and just as easliy linked me to where I could order it- for only $10! After installing the part our freezer has been working perfectly, and it only took $35 to fix it- that's including the cost of Tin Lizzee's service and the cost of the part! They were super great to work with with great customer service too. Would highly recommend their service if you need appliance repair of any kind

He listened to the dryer and said it wasn't a belt problem. He said he could fix it, but it would likely be about 2/3 of the cost of a new dryer. He recommended we buy a new one. The people that work for him aren't that great. I won't complain about them because we've been using them for 4 years until he got sick. They were excellent before the owner got sick. They were not able to fix my dryer. We called Samsung and they extended the warranty. We've never really had a problem with him. He was a decent guy.
