Left message for Ed on Monday morning early. He got back to me Monday afternoon and after a brief discussion of the problem asked me to check a couple of things before we went forward. When he was convinced that there was an issue with the dryer itself, he said he would text me back with the price of the heater assembly and his labor. As promised I got his text that same afternoon and we arrange for him to show up Wednesday between 9 and 10 AM. It showed up on time with part in hand. He proceeded to remove the old heater assembly while explaining what he was doing and why. It was all done in less than an hour. I was very happy with the whole process.

Mr. Ed ordered the part for the fridge, once he received it he returned to install it. The dishwasher just needed some adjustments.

Ed was excellent. Timely, professional, thorough in his work--I would call him back for any appliance repair. His rates were reasonable and he explained and showed me everything he was doing. Good man!

Absolutely exceptional. Mr. Edgerton returned my call promptly, identified the problem, picked up the part and repaired by mothers washing machine in less than one hour. He was polite, friendly and treated my 85-year-old mother with great courtesy. He even waived his labor charge because she was a senior citizen. I highly recommend his services.

He was very professional and helpful. It took a few weeks for the part to come in to fix the machine but the repair was fast. He was honest and made great suggestions for new appliances for the dish washer. Will hire again.

Ed was fantastic. He asked lots of questions before diagnosing the problem. He showed up when he said he would. He shared lots of information pertaining to extending the lifetime of my dryer. Ed was here in a few hours....very professional and explained everything in detail before repairing my washer.  He even took time to take a look at my dishwasher.  He is very honest man.  I will call him again for any repairs.

Consulted Angie's list, called E Z Ed. He called promptly and made an appt. for the next morning. Arrived on time and prepared. Needed to order a "mother board". Returned, on time with parts as promised--did a great job! He is prompt, prepared, knowledgeable, personable, and responsible. Assessment of washer

Ed did a phenomenal job.  Every good thing said about him on Angie's list is true.  He called to let me know he could come earlier than planned.  He told me and showed me what was wrong and then fixed it all in the same day.  I was extremely pleased with his expertise and professionalism.  He was honest with me regarding what I needed and gave me a great price.

As on other occasions when we have needed him, Ed impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism. We had the same problem with the control knob several years ago, and told him what we thought the problem was. He came exactly when he said he would, and had already bought the knob. He replaced the knob quickly.He checked our drain hose and gave us some tips on checking it for wear in the future. (He always gives some extra value for the money like this.) He only charged about half of his usual service fee because the repair was quick. In this day of service people who seem to know little and have to make several trips, Ed is refreshing. We hope he never decides to retire!
