The first project was the instillation of the thermostats which went smoothly. The second project was to do maintenance and up keep of the air conditioner units themselves. According to the technician the air conditioners had never been serviced since their installation in 1988. He got everything cleaned up and there was no maintenance issues to deal with. He then took the time to go over programmable thermostat.
