"being a person in the profession, I was amazed at the quality of work given ......lets start at the beginning..i was calling around to find a good a/c company, so I called alpine air to my amazement they sold on their ability in dealing with strangers   the company them set up an in home apt  for me working around my  hours of availability. this gentleman  had his act together , knew his  business from start to finished and explained everything I did not understand so we set up an install date they sent two insatallers out and they was the top of the line. in just a few hours  it was installed .doing  the install process these two men were all about business and knew their jobs .never have I seen the ability as I had seen in these installers. after the  install they really cleaned up the area and  made sure that I was totally happy with my new A/C unit and the quality of work in which was  more than I expected.  personally I am over the top in complete satisfaction  with the job being well done  I would  highly suggest that alpine air is the ones to call if you want the job to be top rated and to my amazement they are well respected in the BBB with no complaints to warrant any thought from the public .being  hind sight  is 20/20 I look back and is overjoyed that I called  Alpine Air and on top of that they worked with me 100% to meet all my needs   as a customer I would use then in the future before I call any one else.........yes sire I,m a happy customer

"At first they seemed to be doing a good job and even though we had to pay more we thought we were getting quality work. 
When we returned home to see the finished work I noticed that when I stepped on the first transition piece it turned and there was a gap. Two out of the four transition pieces need to be redone. When I emailed the company they thought I wanted to hire someone and said they didn't have anyone available to complete that work. I emailed back and pointed out that I had said they had been the ones to do the job. They then offered to contact the installer, but my husband had already purchased new transition pieces to do it himself. The company then offered to give us gift certificates for dinner....not sure how this will help the floor. 
I discovered last night, while painting one of the rooms, that they didn't even fasten the trim to one of the walls. 
I thought they were doing a good job, but maybe that was because I was at home. Their final work, which was done while we were in another state, is not top quality. They cut a small piece, 2 cm x 9 cm, and put it in as filler in an area where they should have left a small "L" shape on. 
We had plenty of flooring and actually ended up returning 7 boxes, so they could have recut a piece or two. 
Sorry, but for the price we paid I can't say it was "A" work.

"I needed all the wooden cabinets, shelves, and workbenches removed from the walls of my basement so that a waterproofing system could be put in. I then needed that to be all reinstalled so that it hung from the joists and did not perforate the plastic waterproofing sheeting that was placed over the walls. This job went fantastically well! Tom got back to me right away, was able to come right away, and really saved my bacon to get me ready for the water-proofing installation right on time. He put in a big day's work putting everything back better than it was before and came up with inventive ways to reinstall everything so that it wouldn't perforate the sheeting. Without him, I wouldn't have even thought it possible to reinstall everything. Tom was really easy to work with, did what he said he would (and better) and did it on time. He's the best!"

"I called lots of places, from here on Angie's List, that had A ratings first before I tried these guys.   Every single one of them had attitude when I called.  Didn't want to answer my questions or send someone out.  Basically - when I called Scott I was a little gun shy.
Scott called me back that day, bright and chipper and professional.  He understood my qualms and questions and instead of greeting my hesitation with attitude and snark, he sat there on the phone with me and answered every single question I had.  He took 30 minutes of his day, without ANY promise of work, to inform me and respond with politeness and respect. 
I told him at the end of the conversation that he had the job, whatever job I needed to have done, from the pure fact that he treated me with kindness and respect.  He treated my questions as reasonable (and I had a lot of them, I really like to understand things fully.)
Scott sent out a technician to peruse my Water Heater and give me an estimate.  It all went so smoothly, every single bit of it.  The installation, the inspection, Scott always keeping communication open.  
It was genuinely a perfect experience that you could imagine with a contractor for work on your home.  If only they all could be this good!!

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
