They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. Purchased Angie's Big Deal for 4 hours of home improvement/handyman services.  Mr. John Schmidt, owner, showed up at the designated time to estimate our work for future scheduling, but when he saw the nature of the work, he requested to go ahead and get started and he would do the work right then.  Working from our list of about 10 different repairs, small projects, and hanging light fixtures.

Mr. Schmidt was personal, professional, and very knowledgeable about the work we needed done and offered suggestions that improved the projects beyond our ideas.

If needed, we would certainly be willing to hire Innovative Design again to do larger projects/remodels, etc.

"The quality of the work was excellent. The old boards were installed on the diagonal so the cuts on the new boards had to be precisely made. The reason I downgraded the review was that a patio table had to be moved to the side of the deck but when we arrived home we found that it had not been returned in its original position. That's not a big deal, but shows a lack of attention to detail. What bothered us more was that an empty pack of cigarettes was left in the driveway and several cigarette butts were found in the yard and on the driveway. That shows disrespect for the homeowner's property."

"He arrived when he said he would and had all the tools needed to do it. I have a 2 story home and wasnt able to get to all the gutters to clean them and they were really dirty. Also my back downspout had gotten bent and he was able to unbend it for maximum water flow. Great job, would hire again"

"The entire trim had to be removed and replaced.  While this sounds simple the workers had to install a roof jack type scaffold due to the angle of the roof.   The trim was removed, replaced, sealed and painted.  The workers were very thorough and cleaned up as if they were never there.
