"Cougar Development did an excellent job creating a living space out of an addition to a home built in 1918. The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing! I have already recommended Cougar to those in my neighborhood and will continue to do so!"

"We hired Walls to come out and move our hot water heater that was located in our laundry area to another location in preparation of an addition to my laundry room.  In order to move the water heater an old water softener system would need to be removed and disposed of.  The work was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up very nicely when they were done.  Mark and Brian were extremely professional and friendly to work with."

Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

They installed the plumbing, the dishwasher, made it all look clean and nice by filling in the gaps beside the dishwasher, and installed our counter top all for a very reasonable price! "Had a full replacement done. Damage was found to the leading boards across the entire front and half of the back. All repairs were done without extra charge. The crew was courteous, friendly, responsive and professional. Quote was slightly higher than one other company and nearly the same as a third quote in the area but the peace of mind that repairs were going to be made without extra charge was well worth it. Also includes a two year service for any issues. Sales person spent two hours in our home giving us the details before we signed the contract. I would strongly recommend."
