"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

From start to finish he is professional, kind, and concerned about providing excellent customer service. He came to my mom’s house to perform an electrical service and instead of doing the bare minimum, he spent over two ours doing everything he could to resolve the problem. When it was determined that installing the fixture would be hazardous, he was apologetic and did not charge a fee for all the time he spent troubleshooting the problem. "He arrived when he said he would and had all the tools needed to do it. I have a 2 story home and wasnt able to get to all the gutters to clean them and they were really dirty. Also my back downspout had gotten bent and he was able to unbend it for maximum water flow. Great job, would hire again"

I am so glad to have discovered them and will definitely hire them again for any future work.  I have been referring them like crazy to anyone mentioning a home repair/remodel job.  These guys have been working together for 20+ and have a great camaraderie with one another.  They were fair and offered smart solutions and I felt extremely comfortable giving them my key so they could come and go while I remained at work.  No issues.  I highly recommend them.  You go through Craftsman project manager to get to them and the responsiveness was a little slow, but not too bad considering they were super busy.  Love working with this group.
