"This is the second time I have hired a drainage contractor. The company before Sealtech buried about 50 concrete pavers in the trench while I was away at Lowes. Needless to say I did not call them back. Sealtech sent a three man crew out. They dug up the sod (Bermuda) and saved it to put back. Then they hand dug a trench about 200 feet. They cut out four feet of concrete very neatly, then installed a 4-inch schedule 40 PVC pipe (the thick stuff), not the corregated black junk. They captured one gutter and installed a drain basin where water would mass during heavy rain. The crew did not damage any utilities during the entire process After they filled in the trench and placed the sod back you could hardly tell anything was done. I can say I am highly satisfied. I cannot wait for the first heavy rain."

SWS installed drain piped the length of the house, dug a basin with a sump pump, dehumidifier and laid a vapor barrier. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. "Jeff was more than happy to come out to look at what I wanted done. Right before he left I was told I'd have a quote today. The quote I got just said I'm out of his service area. If you don't want to do the job just be upfront about it. Update as of 02/23/2021: After some miscommunication between Jeff Kale, his office & myself we got sorted & I went ahead & let them do the job. The guys came out yesterday to rip out the garden that was put in place by the previous owner & had them install a flagstone extension to my patio & I couldn't be happier with the results. I feel like I beat him up pretty good in my earlier review & this update was more than earned/warranted/justified. I'll want to finish off the lawn probably later in the fall. Being I just bought the house (and having to buy everything that comes along with buying a new home) I just didn't have the budget to do it all right now. I'll make sure to reach out to Jeff & his team again when that time comes."
