"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

They held true to a schedule . Installers are top notch. They worked carefully, with regard for my belongings. They were careful and each window is perfectly installed, and caulked. I am very pleased. I like the windows. They are easy to use, and clean. The screens are framed with a sturdy aluminum. The installers removed the old windows from my property .
