Within thirty minutes of placing my request on Angi, she sent me a text asking if she could come quote the job. Before the day was out, I had a written quote in my hand. Patricia was in the middle of a big apartment job but kept me abreast by text when they should be able to start. Her crew did a wonderful job and her associate Brenda was also very helpful in advising on how to update the exterior of the home and even brought out a beautiful shrub to show me. I can't say enough how please I am with the results of their work. I also received additional quotes before they left as I plan on making AAA Union Tree Service my go-to for all my landscaping needs! They completed the work the next day, cut down the trees and limbs as agreed, and charged exactly what they quoted. I was very satisfied with the tree work itself. However, the dozer used during the job left deep track marks in my yard. After I contacted the manager, the crew returned and attempted to level the area, which helped some, but I still had to spend my weekend doing additional repairs. The equipment also damaged the bark on one of my healthy trees. The crew wrapped it with electrical tape but never informed me. I discovered it two days later. In addition, a sprinkler line was broken during the work, and I only found out when I turned the system on. The tree work was good, but I was disappointed by the property damage and lack of communication about it."
