"Chisum and his team have gone above and beyond to transform our backyard. We moved into our newly built home in May of 2020 and have had a mostly unusable backyard until now. Chisum responded to my online inquiry on the same day and was out for a visit shortly after to discuss how to install a retaining wall to level the poor grade our home builder left us with. Bond Site Solutions has regraded our backyard, installed a 70ft+ engineered retaining wall, built a paver patio with fire pit, paver trash can area & paver grill area and installed zoysia sod. They've also installed a lighting package to highlight all the beautiful hardscaping. His quotes have all been very competitive and proved to be accurate. We are now enjoying 75% more usable space. "Abel came to quote the job. He was the first guy I saw for my two porches. He quoted me a price after measuring and figuring. I was initially stunned, but he explained the reasons (the price of materials and gas and labor has hit the handyman business like everything else). Abel is a personable fellow. I didn't need to see anyone else. Our porches were in sore need of repair. It was getting to a place that we were worried that someone might go through the decking and be injured.
