They do not give you a set estimate for the project. They’d need to give me a fixed estimate and do change orders like a normal contractor or we would not hire them again. If they changed that we’d hire Ken again."

Carlos' crew showed up and tore those rooms down to the studs and floor joists. Replaced everything and both rooms look beautiful. The crew worked unbelievably effectively and were very courteous. The work was completed in just 2 weeks at an extremely attractive price. This job went so well, we immediately had APlus drywall the walls and ceiling of another room, removing an old fireplace insert in the process.
