The dog door we purchased wasn’t 100% airtight so Vinny the owner came at no cost and did a work around to help seal the place air came through the flap. Even though it was the door manufacturer issue Busy bee wanted us to be happy and also build a rain resistant cover at no additional cost. "Abel came to quote the job. He was the first guy I saw for my two porches. He quoted me a price after measuring and figuring. I was initially stunned, but he explained the reasons (the price of materials and gas and labor has hit the handyman business like everything else). Abel is a personable fellow.
