Mike was upfront with the prices and offered alternate options to work with my budget and he stayed on track and was 300 dollars cheaper when all was said and done . The material was high end and the install only took 1 day!!! "Started out not to good. He had to rip up half of my kitchen wall to make level for backslash.Home Depot sold me half of tile with different color. Globus went to HD to solve the problem with tile. It took HD one more extra day to find out right material. But not only did He do everything to make me happy but exceeded my expectation. I will be referring my family and friends. The FactPass Contraction was professional and courteous about job explained to me step by step how job going to be done. He worked without a break all day. I was very happy with end product. Kathleen"
