He also made extra keys for us for a very reasonable charge. He was very friendly and did a super job, including giving me pointers on how to reset the code on the keypad. The techs very courteously phoned to say they were on the way. They worked very efficiently and did a great job on the install as well as cleaning up the mess from the wood door cutting and drilling. They also didn't try to sell me more than I needed. The final cost even came in a few dollars under the estimate. Very professional and courteous company. I will use them again!"
