"To say Chris and his team of expert carpenters "repaired and replaced" our sad, worn out deck is an understatement. What was a neglected deck of age is now a refreshed deck and boardwalk ready to welcome (safely) our neighbors, friends and family to enjoy the upcoming warm seasons lakeside. "A wonderful experience all around! We had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. "We bought a house in Sugar Grove NC and the vinyl siding was in need of some work. Window and door trim, shutters, missing siding, etc. I spent a few days trying to find a contractor to clean the siding up and fix these items with no luck when I can across A Step Above Handyman and Matt. Even though they were located an hour and a half from our house, Matt was willing to take on the project. His communication was excellent throughout the process. His team showed up when promised and did a great job. I would definitely hire Matt and his team again. A+++ all the way."
