After initial contact, Jonathan met setup a time and date to access the scope of my project and to provide a detailed and itemized estimate before work began. Once we agreed, they handled every detail from there until the project was complete. I even added some additional changes from our initial meeting and estimate and they were able to handle with ease. Even with some slight delays in materials, they responded with much appreciated sense of urgency and willingness to drive 2 hours just for a missing part in order to complete the project as quickly as possible. I will without a doubt hire them for my next project."

"Disclosure loved the awning when it worked. Purchased and had an A& Awning installed 1.5 years ago. Attempted to use it the beginning of the summer. Awning would only move approximate 1 every time the button is pressed. So I manually extended the awning. Tried other times throughout the summer after swapping the battery in the remote with no luck. Called A & Awning and explained the issue and I was told it sounds like the motor needs to be either reprogrammed or replaced. Was also told during the conversation that there is 5 year warranty on the motor that is covered but I would be required to pay $175.00 service fee, which I do not agree with. We spent thousands of dollars on an item that we used for only one summer and a handful of times and now need to spend more money on to fix a warrantied part. I honestly wish I would have just spent a little more money and had a permanent overhead future installed."
