We pay a $300 annual fee for the termite system that includes an in home inspection, they crawl around the crawl space, bait the termite traps and check them. They spray around our basement and doors. They also spray the exterior of our home. If we have anything particular we would like them to address they will. My wife likes that she deals with the same person all the time. They call in advance and set up an appointment time when my wife is going to be here. I think they do a fine job and have no motivation to switch companies at all. The pricing seems reasonable and I have not investigated other vendors. "
