"We were looking for a mini-split in the garage & dealing with some other issues as well in the house. As I have some experience in this area & I kind of had an idea what was going to be required. I reached out to a few different contractor's. They responded immediately. Came to our house, looked things over and gave me my options. Ultimately I decided to replace 2 air handlers & install a mini-split in my shop. This is the third house I have had to do this in over the years. Top notch service before & after the install. Couldn't be happier."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
