I had been looking for a landscaper for a home that I purchased with a badly neglected front lawn (I use the word "lawn" very loosely, as by this point it was a collection of weeds with a blade of grass here and there). All while keeping to my requirements of having a low-maintenance and drought resistant yard. They installed sod in my barren yard-new build. Looks amazing.
