IDC is a contracting company that specializes in new construction, renovations, and handyman services. All work performed is done in-house. We will not get a number of different sub-contractors that the homeowner is not familiar with in order to complete a project. We warranty all of work. Length and type of warranty can vary. We will compete price wise with any legitimate company in the market. All projects are handled by the owner of the company. We do one project at a time, so therefore the company can focus on our present client. We are not the least expensive contractor in the market, but our quality far exceeds most of our competitors. Our staff consists of anywhere from 6-10 skilled carpenters, a superintendent / project manager, and 1-2 helpers. We clean our job-sites, up-date our clients, and do full inspections of the project on a daily basis. There are no hidden charges with our quotes. We will not give you one price in order to get the job, and then blow you away with change orders. If we miss something in the bid process it is our responsibility to cover at no charge to the client, but if the client changes something during the project a change order will be issued, and no work will be performed until a price is negotiated. We are a drug-free work place. No harsh language and/or yelling or screaming of any type is permitted on our job sites. Our company handles all projects in the utmost professional manner.
