Description of Work: We had Refresh come out and paint two rooms for us.

Description of Work: When the painter showed up I thought he was going to paint the whole room, ceiling and molding not included and would of cost me $40.00 extra which I declined. But as I was painting the ceiling and molding myself thinking $40.00 was not so much to charge and I would happily pay it the next time. The painting that was done was professionally done and the painter even helped me pick out a great color for my bathroom. Cleaned up after he was done and the rooms look great.

Description of Work: I purchased a groupon from this company to have 2 rooms painted. When I called to make the appointment, they were booked out for nearly 60 days. I made the appointment and they did not show up. My appointment was for 8am. I took off work to prepare the rooms that were to be painted. They called at 8:30 to say that someone called in sick and they would not be able to get to my house until later that afternoon. The guy on the phone said that he would work late to make sure the job got done. I have not heard from them since that phone call. I've called the number at least a dozen times and they do not answer and the voice mailbox is full.
