I think they are great. The owner lives in my neighborhood and always tries to deliver 100 percent satisfaction. The service has been great. He comes and meets with you and talks about what you want. He is very meticulous about understanding fully what your needs or wants are. Then he puts it all in writing. He meets and checks in with you as well as coming each day to make sure that everything is progressing. If there is an issue, he stands by his work. I had an issue on a previous project that he did for us and he made sure the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. He also fixes all the little things for me and responds to my calls quickly. I will use him again in the future. He is not cheap, but his pricing is competitive.

Joe transformed my blah and boring bathroom into a beautiful and relaxing private oasis. Being a single woman I was a little apprehensive to do a renovation after all the stories I've heard but Joe and Tom from Cody Homes were great about explaining everything to me. Your were always very professional and patient in listening to my ideas and then making them a reality. The results were way beyond my expectations. I never thought I would have such a beautiful bathroom.
