"JAD was hired with the complete understanding that inspections were to be included within their scope. After being told to "p*** off" after several attempts to get inspections done, I was then informed that permits were never pulled and had no intentions to do so. New panel box, new sub panel in detached garage, no GFCI around sinks. Asked several times for a license, never got. Normally I would just deal with this on my own, to be honest I can't sit back and let this happen to another family. My lawyer is now involved after failing the inspections from the permits I pulled. The state board has already started an investigation on JAD. The state has no idea who this "company" is. Hey one last thing, check out their website, no longer active. True criminal activity."
