"Swanson quoted a fair price and after working to reschedule because of rain, showed up promptly and ready to work with a plan. Things changed a bit (there was an unknown existing blocked french drain) but work was completed on time and seems to be working as needed. 2. Re-grade all areas as discussed.
3. Remove all bushes as discussed.
4. Clean flower beds and add 30 year matting.
5. Add Pine straw to flower beds.
6. Add Compadre Zoysia to newly graded areas.
7. Add chemicals needed for new sod.
8. Clean job site and remove all debris.

the drawings and specifications submitted for above work and completed in a substantial workmanlike
