When we complained, the woman who answers the phone was rude and not helpful whatsoever. The technician then took the blower for two weeks to fix it again. Apparently he did not tighten all of the hardware so a few screws were loose. Two weeks for a loose screw. Absolutely terrible quality of work and customer service."
