Technican on time as scheduled. However, when we set up account we asked for scheduling semi annual check up of HVAC system. They said they would do it but will still have to call to remind them.

We have used Aire Serv for several years now and are extremely happy with the service, friendly admin staff, and friendly and competent techs. We have a service contract for regular seasonal maintenance service and when we have a problem between checks, they respond immediately. We highly recommend them.

I had an annual contract with this company for about 2 years. I was new to the area and knew no one. Initially I was impressed. The 3rd year they informed me shortly before my service was due that they would no longer provide service to me because of my location. Ironically a few months ago I found out they are one of the service providers for my area thru one of those Home Warranty programs - yet as an individual homeowner they "don't service my area." I also found out that much of the work they did on my units had to be redone due to their poor service. My experience - this company is out for your dollar and cares not about the quality of the work they do or leaving you high and dry.

According to my wife who was present most of the day, the technicians were extremely courteous and neat as they covered the path from the door to the point of installing the air handler in an upstairs attic. The techs also performed their duties in a quiet manner. The job was performed very well

They are very pleasant to deal with. They send email info on the tech that will be servicing you. They are very prompt. They give you a time and they are in your driveway. Reasonably priced. We were impressed so much we entered into a service contract with them. We used them on multiple occasions.

Our AC unit is in the attic over our Master Bedroom. 1:00 AM Sunday, it started to leak through the ceiling. We turned the air off, put towels and a bucket down. We called our home warranty company first thing in the morning. We were authorized by our home warranty company to hire an independent AC contractor because their contractor was not available on Sundays. We chose Aire Serv because of our past experiences (both times I gave an "A" review). This time started no differently - they responded very quickly; they were able to dispatch a tech the same day; he was on time. He was very friendly and professional and seemed to do a thorough job. He cleaned the drain, reset and secured the Float Switch. The leaking stopped. He left about 4:30 PM. Around 8:30 PM, I heard something - the ceiling was leaking again, but a little heavier. We turned the air off, got a bucket and called Aire Serv. They told me they would send it to dispatch. I figured nothing would be done at night. We waited until about 8:30 AM and called Aire Serv. I told her our unit was leaking again. She relayed how busy they were and asked if she could put me on hold. When she got back on she told me they were completely booked today. I informed her that we should be first priority since they had already done emergency work and it did not work. I informed her again that our ceiling was leaking - this was an emergency, they had been there, the repair didn't work, they needed to come out today. She just kept repeating that they were booked and she could make an appointment for WEDNESDAY. WHAT!!! I admit I was angry and I was yelling at her, but really????? So, she said she was going to hang up on me, but I hung up first in frustration. What kind of customer service is this? My ceiling is leaking. Are you going to pay for the repairs when my ceiling collapses? NO. It is your responsibility to take care of existing issues FIRST. (9:55AM) I just received a call from another rep at Aire Serv wanting to "clear" things up, but just really telling me how booked they were and they could set me an appointment and fit me in IF someone cancels - NO! My ceiling is leaking. Sorry, but we can't pull someone off a job; we are booked two to three days in advance, blah, blah, blah... I am sorry to say that this time I have to give Aire Serv an "F". I was going to call them to today to start a maintenance plan with them - not now.

Professionalism and problem resolution were terrible. This company ran diagnostics on a perfectly good AC unit after owner specified the unit that was faulty. They then refused to service the malfunctioning unit. Telephone reps extremely unprofessional and uncourteous. The owner should be ashamed.
