In my search for estimates from other asbestos removal companies, it seems to me that other companies are middle men and charge a premium for their middle men services. In contrast, I believe that this company does its own asbestos work, and I can't express enough how much I appreciate that and the savings in cost. His team was able to start within the week, arrived on time and when I asked questions about their safety precautions they were happy to share the details with me. They had a licensed third party perform the testing on the day of the work and let me know it was clean; I also spoke to the air quality tester. "The serviceman went over in details what he needed to do to test to see how much mold I might have. He took samples and had the air quality tested. I do have some mold but not at a level that would cause harm. My area of concern is very dry and I purchased a unit from him that would further help r***** the growth of the mold. I plan to have this mold removed in the near future. He said that was good since the mold level was not harmful at its current state. The visit went well."
