Using Angies List I was able to find this company who I called right away. I made arrangements to drop off my laptop on Friday night and was able to pick it back up Sunday afternoon. Took it home and it runs just like the day i bought it. James loaded virus protection software which works better than the software I bought. Very goodexperience, i will use him again.
